SHIPPING POLICY

 

Standard order processing time: 24–48 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays).

 

No deliveries on Fridays.

 

Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

 

International shipping is currently unavailable.

 

ORDERS

 

Orders may be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or social media channels.

 

Please ensure all personal and delivery information is accurate. We are not liable for incorrect deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate information.

 

Order Confirmation: An email/message confirmation will be sent, but it does not imply order acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at any time.

 

Order Changes or Cancellation: You may modify or cancel your order before it is processed. Contact customer support during business hours.

 

Order Status: You may track your order through your registered account or via the confirmation email/message.

 

REPLACEMENT & RETURN POLICY

 

a. Replacements allowed within 7 days of delivery.

 

b. Additional charges apply for size, color, or item changes.

 

c. Report missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.

 

d. Used or washed garments are not eligible for return or replacement.

 

e. Delivery fee of BHD 1 applies for all deliveries and pickups. Conditions apply.

 

f. Discounted and sale items are non-refundable.

 

g. Undergarments and personal hygiene items are non-returnable.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

 

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Bahrain.

 

All orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery. Orders without valid payment may be canceled.

 

INVOICES

 

All orders are delivered with a printed invoice included in the package.

 

SECURITY

 

We take appropriate measures to protect your payment and personal data. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to user data.

 

DISPUTES

 

Disputes will first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration in accordance with Bahrain law.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

 

Lotz Bahrain's maximum liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

 

GOVERNING LAW

 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

 

Lotz Bahrain does not offer services to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
