Lotz Bahrain Return and Replacement Guidelines

 

At Lotz Bahrain, we are committed to delivering a satisfying shopping experience. Our return and replacement policy ensures that you have peace of mind with every purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return or refund request.

 

Standard Return Policy

 

You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery or a refund within 3 days.

 

Products must be returned in original condition, with intact packaging, all accessories, and documentation.

 

Return or refund requests are subject to approval based on eligibility criteria.

 

The return process begins once a return complaint is registered via www.lotzbahrain.com.

 

Replacement & Refund Schedule

 

Replacement Timeline

Returned products are received within 2–4 working days (depending on location).

 

After arrival, 4–6 working days are required to process the replacement.

 

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7–21 working days after product verification.

 

Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.

 

Refund Timelines by Payment Method

Credit Card: 7–14 business days

 

Debit Card: Up to 14 business days

 

Cash on Delivery (COD): 7–14 business days (bank transfer or wallet credit)

 

Cancellation Fees

A 5% to 10% deduction will apply for prepaid orders canceled due to external, uncontrollable factors.

 

Eligibility Criteria by Product Category

Electronics & Tools

Must be unused and in original condition, with all accessories and manuals.

 

Items with broken seals or that are used are only eligible for return if:

 

A manufacturing defect is found, or

 

Physical damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

Items such as mobiles, smartwatches, and gadgets must be returned within 3 days.

 

Products with tampered serial numbers or misuse-related damage are non-returnable.

 

Home & Furniture

Large appliances and furniture can only be returned if damaged during delivery, and reported within 24 hours.

 

Home décor items are returnable if unopened and undamaged.

 

Used bedding, sofas, or fabric accessories are non-returnable unless a defect is reported within 48 hours.

 

Beauty, Health, Fashion & Personal Care

Health & hygiene products, used beauty items, and opened cosmetics are non-returnable.

 

Lingerie, underwear, swimwear, and socks are not eligible for return due to hygiene protocols.

 

Other fashion items are returnable only if unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

 

Electronic beauty devices must have defects reported within 24 hours for service.

 

General Return Conditions

Only products in resalable condition are eligible for return/refund.

 

Products sold at promotional prices or heavy discounts are non-refundable but may be replaced if damaged.

 

Any self-repair or third-party tampering voids the return eligibility.

 

Replacement Policy

a. Products are replaceable within 7 days of delivery.

b. Additional charges may apply for changes in product, color, or size.

c. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

d. Used or washed garments will not be accepted for replacement or refund.

e. A BHD 1 delivery charge applies for both delivery and return pickups.

f. Discounted items are non-refundable.

g. For hygiene reasons, undergarments are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Lotz Bahrain reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the above conditions. By placing an order, customers agree to this policy.
