SHIPPING POLICY FOR LOTZ BAHRAIN

 

Our goal at Lotz Bahrain is to deliver your orders as quickly, securely, and dependably as possible. The essential information regarding how and when your order will arrive is provided in our shipping policy.

 

 Timeline for Shipping

Order processing time, excluding Fridays and public holidays, is 24 to 48 hours.

Saturday through Thursday are the delivery days.

Delivery on the same day is not assured.

International shipping is not available at this time. We only deliver inside Bahrain.

 

 Coverage of Delivery

We use reputable courier partners to deliver to every location in Bahrain, guaranteeing a timely and safe delivery.

 

 Delivery Fees

Delivery and return pickups are both subject to the standard delivery fee of BHD 1.

Large or bulky items and requests for a specific location may incur additional fees.

 

 Missed Attempts at Delivery

Our staff will get in touch with you to reschedule if you are unable to make the delivery attempt.

It could take an extra one to two working days for redelivery.

 

Order Verification and Monitoring

A confirmation will be sent to you via email, WhatsApp, or our social media pages as soon as your order is placed.

 Important Information

On Fridays, there are no deliveries.

Make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct. If deliveries are unsuccessful because of inaccurate information, we are not liable.

Orders are contingent upon availability and acceptance. In certain situations, Lotz Bahrain retains the right to change or cancel orders.
